In order to put democratic consolidation’s theory into practice, I have worked in Albania and Bosnia and Herzegovina being an election’s observer.

Well done again. This is very well-written, with just a few grammar considerations for you.
The phrase 'the role of norms at international level' is perfectly correct, but I somehow feel that an adjective should come before 'norms', particularly due to the formal nature of this text. For example, you might just say 'international norms'.
