Remember you are a human being1.  Cry if you are sad.  Cry every night if you must.  For there is a every morning for us to stand in the sun, to be strong and face our troubles.

1.  In the west, especially in the US.  It is not "kosher" (it means cool in this context)" to stereotype a group, orientation, sex or age etc.  In fact it may offend the person you are speaking to.  At the same time, giving clues to others that you are not of a native English writer.  As a piece of advice and encouragement to others, I have added more words to your essay to dilute the Chinese overtones in your writing.  I am alerting this to you as I am assuming that you wanted to improve your English to the point of being as good as a native speaker.  If you are writing for a period piece or about your culture, it is perfectly OK to retain such local flavours for readers' interest.  When in doubt write in neutral settings.
