Jasmine, 你好! 我有两个好消息。第一(个),冷气机维修了,所以我家现在不热了。缝纫在上午或下午都可以/都好。第二(个), 我今天上午尝试 hsk1 实际测试, 我的成绩很好。另外,字典還真是我的好朋友! 

Not sure what you wanted to express for the last sentence, cause the meaning is not coherent.

Two most unclear parts are 縫紉上午或下午都好的 (Literal meaning: As for sewing, morning and afternoon are good) & 還有字典我的好朋友 (Literal meaning: and dictionary my good friend)。
