I agree with Jessica, because the word 'most' would not be used in this context. I would use 'prefer' instead. I prefer that my mother buy this phone for me. (This is my preferred phone.)

This is the phone I wanted my mother to buy me. I would leave out most

I would say "This is the phone I wanted my mother to buy me the most", hope that helps :)
