the most dismotivating thing for me while studying with native speakers is focus on the correctness and not on the creative/making strange/ridiculous sentences just for the sake of using that grammar construction. Experiment with the language and feel free and explore new oppotunities without caring about mistakes and be pressed with rigid grammar and common usage. Because a language is a flexible thing.

I agree with that. Learning a language must be something funny to do, and don't frustrate about learning it exactly how it is cuz any language is perfect.
