If you say you’ve turned into such a beautiful girl, it kind of means that something else influenced that or that it may have happened suddenly. You’ve grown into such a beautiful girl is when you’ve watched the girl grow up and can see how she’s developed and grown more beautiful.

Both are understandable but I would say grown is the correct choice of word here
