Hello! Is it grammaticcally correct to say, "There were 3 of us - me, myself and I."

I agree with Matt, native speakers say this to emphasize that it is I, but grammatically it is not correct. It is I - is the predicate nominative and is correct (It and I can both be the subject of the sentence). Myself is a reflexive pronoun as in "I wash myself, I see myself," etc. And "me" is an object pronoun, as in "give it to me".

Debatable if you are willing to contend with pedantry, but it sounds perfectly normal as use of English (if a bit strange as a sentiment), and could well come from a native speaker.

It is grammatically correct but should only to be used when you want to exercise your sense of humor.
