I like exercising very much, but I always have a lot on plate and I can't go to the gym, so I came up with some ways to keep in shape, one of them was, to practice calisthenic, for me this is a great way to keep in shape without going to the gym, and it's also an amazing way to save money. I have to admit that sometimes it's hard to find ways to keep progressing in calisthenic, because at a certain point one needs to add weight to keep getting good results, and it's especially hard to get good results in legs. Nevertheless I still think that this way to do exercise it's cool for everyone and worth practicing.

I like (better rendering would be "I love") exercising a lot, but I always have a lot on my plate and I can't go to the gym as often as I would love to.So I came up with some ways to keep in shape. One of them was to practice calisthenic, for me this is a great way to keep in shape without going to the gym and it's also an amazing way to save money. I have to admit that sometimes it's hard to find ways to keep progressing in calisthenic, because at a certain point one needs to add weight to keep getting good results, and it's especially hard to get good results with the legs. Nevertheless, I still think that this way of exercising is cool ( maybe a better rendering would be "good" instead of "cool" which is informal in this case ) for everyone and worth practicing.

Thank for your sharing! I always try my best to keep slim, but keeping exercise is a tough task for me.
