Yesterday, after work, I ate a staff meal for the first time in a while. My friend made a steak rice bowl for me, and it was absolutely delicious. After that, I met up with some people who had worked at the Shibuya branch, and we went out for drinks. Everyone was tired, but once we started drinking, we had a lot of fun and talked for a long time. I had been out for drinks with some of them before, but I had never been out with exactly the same group, so it felt fresh and enjoyable. Afterwards, we went to play darts. I’m not very good at darts, but playing with everyone was really fun. I’d love to play darts with them again. Today, I have to go all the way to Shibuya for work. I don’t understand why I have to work there when I’m only a part-time employee. I wanted to call in sick, but everyone else had to work today, so I decided to do my best as well. I haven’t worked an eight-hour shift in a long time, so it will probably be difficult. I hope I can get through the whole shift.
