Are these two sentences correct? I have already prepared a couple of exercises that needed to be printed. I have been told that they should be given to the reprography at least 5 days in advance.

I would say "taken to the reprography center", but the rest seems okay!

I have prepared a couple of exercises that need to be printed. I have been told that they should be given to the reprography atleast 5 days in advance. The second part of the sentence is correct😊
