How do you use trigger? As far as I'm concerned, it's mostly used to cause something negative. Could it be used in a positive way? Like, Meeting my English became a trigger for me to start studying grammer. Does it sound natural?

Hello Yusuke! 😊 Yes it can be used in a positive way.
For example, The sound of the rain triggered childhood memories of me playing in the rain.
Hope that helps! 😊
