Is it correct to say 'that is about me' at the end of your self-introduction?

Yes. Just as a suggestion, you can make it better by saying "That's all about me".

I do a lot of these group introductions. Ill give an example. Hello, my name is Dann I like Pizza (now, if you are finished you can say the following) * Thank you * Nice to meet you all * thats it! (or thats all! ) thanks * thats all I have to share about myself (closest thing to what you originally typed)

It's not necessary to tell the listener that you are done introducing yourself. If you do feel the need to close your introduction you can use the expression "That's all about me", which has a kind of self-conscious humility about it. Obviously, you are not going to tell everyone everything about you in an introduction. Also, this expression often segues into something meant to engage the listener or reader. You would do that by saying something like, "That's all about me, now I'd love to hear about you."

A movie called Forrest Gump, starring Tom Hanks, is all about a man giving a very long self-introduction as he talks about his past. I highly recommend that you check it out.
