No, l don't think leadership is an innate skill. Environment, campaigning and work experience can all allow us to practice this skill. It sounds odd to say my environment allowed me to practice a skill but maybe that’s just me. I would prefer to say ‘Environment, campaigning and work experience can all influence the growth of this skill. ‘
