It’s a tricky question for me because I cry often 😅 I think I may be kind of sensitive. I do it to let go different emotions. It is not necessarily "bad" or painful. But!.... to summarize, today I cried because I was feeling overwhelmed (my period is comming soon) 🤭 and I am feeling tired.
