Hi, could you say ' talking from experience instead of 'speaking from experience?
I hope so, although the meaning can be different.
Thank you .

I understand both. "Speaking from experience" is better. It is a familiar saying.

‘Speaking’ is more common and more authoritative but talking doesn’t sound wrong.

Yes, you can say “talking from experience,” but “speaking from experience” is more natural and commonly used.
“Speaking from experience” implies that you are sharing wisdom gained from personal experience in a confident or authoritative way.
“Talking from experience” is less common but can work in informal speech. It might sound more like casual conversation rather than authoritative advice.
Tip:
Use “speaking from experience” for formal or serious situations and “talking from experience” in relaxed, conversational settings.

It is correct to say: 'speaking from experience', and not 'talking'.
