Bien. I've changed "No está lloviendo" for "no llueve" because, even though both are right, "no está lloviendo" is more for right now, while "no llueve" is less precise in time, feels more natural to me.

Hoy es un buen diá. --- Día. (the accent, called "tilde" in Spanish, is on the "í" to broke the diphthong.
No esta lloviendo! En Escocia en el invierno hace mucho llueve.
!No está lloviendo! En Escocia en invierno llueve mucho.
