Hello everyone! My mother has returned home from a trip. She went to Chinese Taipei for four days. Should I refer to the country as Taiwan or Chinese Taipei? She showed me her pictures. I also have a desire to travel abroad, but I will be studying abroad for about two months this summer.

Hello everyone! My mother came home from a trip. She went to Taipei for four days. Should I call the country Taiwan(yes.) She showed me her pictures. I want to go to travel abroad too but, I am going to study abroad in this summer for about 2 months.
