Hey, my name is Colin. I live in Canada. I'm looking for someone to practice Chinese with. I would like to focus on writing, to have a friend to text with, maybe with some voice notes. I have been learning simplified characters. I would prefer someone who is in or near my time zone (EDT, GMT -4), and probably somewhat close to my age. I'm 31 years old. I work as an English teacher and would like to know Chinese for work. I love languages, music, and sports. I love talking about the world, history, geography, culture, etc. My Chinese abilities are very basic at the moment. I am happy to work with someone whose English is also very basic. Cheers!
