I suggest after getting a list of as many of them as you can find you try out exercises on how you can use each one in a sentence. Practice using at least 10 per week and every day come up with sentences where you can use those idioms

I would suggest you to use flash cards and read those cards repeatedly by saying it loud. Furthermore, it will be more efficient if you can find a language partner because using those idioms during the conversation will make you memorize those idioms and words easily.
