What's the difference between 'whoever' and 'whichever'?
I learned these words can refer to a person, but I can't tell the difference.
In what situation should I use whoever and whichever?
Looking forward to your kind answer!

As pronouns the difference between whoever and whichever
is that whoever is whatever person or persons or whoever can be while whichever is any one or a number of a group.
