Sorry, I didn't get it. How could that noun be uncountable? Example:"How many cigarettes have you smoked?","a packet of cigarettes","She lit a cigarette","One cigarette is still left" and so on.

It is a countable noun. We can say: to light a cigarette, a pack of cigarettes

It is uncountable noun. We say give me a stick of cigarette not one cigarette. We say give me two sticks of cigarette and not two cigarettes
