I want to know how to say, 'I am learning German'.

Ich lerne Deutsch
but if you want to say "I am learning German right now" you can say "Ich lerne gerade Deutsch"

I am learning German (generally) : Ich lerne Deutsch.
If you want to say that you are learning German RIGHT NOW then you would say: I bin am Deutsch lernen.
