Los plebeyos no (tuvieron/tenían/hubieron tenido/habían tenido) (apellido/el apellido/apellidos/los apellidos) hasta (hace) ciento cincuenta años (antes) en japón.
「日本の平民は150年前まで"姓"を持っていなかった」・・・これをスペイン語で言いたいのですが、時制・冠詞・前置詞などどれが正しく、どれが間違っているのか教えてください。

"Hasta hace 150 años en Japón los plebeyos no tenían apellido"
La palabra "plebeyo" se refería en el pasado a las clases sociales más bajas, y que no pertenecían a la nobleza, al clero y demás...
Se podría, por tanto, sustituir la palabra plebeyo por la gente normal, gente común...

Hace 150 años los plebeyos en Japon no tenian el derecho de llevar apellidos.

正しい活用は「no tenían」です。日本語と比べ、スペイン語の動詞は活用が多いので文脈とか、内容に基づいて選ぶとよい。例えば、この文例とすると、日本人は当時、姓がなかったことは現在から見た現在です。そのため、未完了です。「tuvieron, hubieron tenido, habían tenido」完了を表すのでこの場合には使えないのです。そして、日本語とスペイン語は時制の一致がないので、機械的に翻訳することができないのです。
