Who can tell me why in the old english , we usually see there is a suffix "th" in one verb, like.hindreth,loseth,disturbeth,,,
Is there any meaning in it? and when it disappear?

Also in old English they would say five and twenty. Now we say twenty five in German they say five and twenty.
