What are some ways to transition sentences in Japanese?
What would be words or ways to transition sentences? whenever i write a composition 作文 it seems like fragmented sentences with no "connection between them. also, I can't tell the difference or usage of words such as それでわ そして それから?

I had the same problem. I made a list of conjunctions like そして, それから, けれど, だから etc. whenever I came across one, so I had a place to look them up. I think the usage is clear from the translation in the dictionary, but maybe I'm doing it wrong :-)
Also, reading these helped:

If you already know some, why don't you use them in your journals?
You will figure out how to use them through try and corrections:)
These three would be useful:
それから And then,
だから Therefore,
でも However,
それでわ is wrong. It should be それでは。

This is the stuff of advanced Japanese. There are hundreds of ways to transition sentences in Japanese. Each one needs to be learned, what it means and what it doesn't mean. If you're studying full time it should take at least a year to almosst good at it. Be patient.
