When British people say "cheese" or "cheesy", what do they mean?
I often hear they use like this,
He is cheesy
You are cheese with you. (this might be wrong, I am not sure)
Tks in advance.

Me too hear this often in movies and doubt how to use it my own. It means lousy sometimes I guess but there should be different meanings too according to different ways of using.
In the movie 'In to the blue' I remember smiling Jessica Alba says to her brother in law who is hitting on her, "Easy cheesy!!!". I doubt what she meant there, may be 'cool down'.
Can some clarify me what she meant there please?

Hey there :)
when you say its cheesy it really depends on the content or context .Example; if someone says somthing thats soooo prdictible and usually its when a guy is hitting on a woman with an over use line it can be in a way like the word "lame" What it means is: Trying too hard, unsubtle, and inauthentic.
hope it helps :)
