Are these sentences are correct? Please inform me which sentences are correct. Is it not saving time? or Isn't it saving time? Doen't it help them to learn something? or Does it not help them to learn something?

The title should be " Are these sentences correct?"

Either form of the sentences are correct, contractions are used more in speech. (Note, the correct contraction of "does it" would be "doesn't")
