First, "eld" and "oldly" are not words.
"Older" can only be a comparative adjective: Tom is older than Joe.
"Elder" is usually a noun that means "people older than you," e.g.: We must respect our elders!
"Elder" is also often used in phrases like elder brother, elder sister.
"Elderly" is just a polite way to say "old."

Hi,
An elder can also mean a person in a Christian Church who holds a position of authority.

The word "old " can get two meanings:an old man or a human, who is more years old, than u." Old man" or "Older man" are different things. We use older, when we say about man,who is more years old among others or among group. We use elder, when we say about, example, our brother, who is more years old than u. We say"Elder brother". I`m not sure, have i answererd right or had a mistake?

The words "eld" and "oldly" do not exist in English. You can be older than someone else if you were born before them, and if you are very old you are called "elderly." An old and wise person might be called "an elder"; so might the older or more senior person in a group (e.g., President George Bush the elder).
