مقبول Means accepted, approved generally by a person, society, law or by a machine and so. مقبل Means a forthcoming (future, which is close to happen) event, action, problem, issue and so on PS. I don't know what is the reason for asking this question beause there isn't similarity as meaning between these two words in fact. Goodluck.
