I'm not sure where Baku is. If it is inside a country I would name the country after it. generally in a list the first word is not capitalized but it can go either way.

Our main goal is to provide customers with products and services which are guaranteed by International Standards . • Section of the web design includes these services: - Technical services of the computers and their equipment(s) Leave the "s" off. - Creating networks - Consulting (would consultation be better?) about information technologies • Section of the system integration is realized using world company’s equipment in the practice of business and TV Projects which we distribute. (This is a choppy sentence, rewrite it.) “Ray Systems” provides equipment trade of Sony, Panasonic, Fujifilm, Canon, Everts, Sennheiser, TVLogic and others since (December or whatever month it started), 2010.
