Which prefix, "ek-," "apo-," or "ab-" to add to "-cracy" to make a word meaning "scatter power"? I'm trying to coin a new word in the line of words like "democracy" and "aristocracy" that means "the belief that power should be scattered or decentralized" but my Greek isn't good enough to know which prefix to add to "-cracy" to make the word.
