What does "poor Ekk" means? This morning, while I was talking with one of my coworkers. He said "Hi Ekk, how are you?" I replied "I am very busy" Then he said back to me "Poor Ekk" I know that poor means not rich or bad quality but I don't know what does it means in this case.
