"Makatulog na nga. Kakainis lang. Kung ikaw cguro tawagan, kanina pa cguro kita nakausap."
It's actually three sentences. I think there's something wrong with the third sentence, though. I'm not sure if it's in the correct tense which kinda makes it difficult to translate. I could think of two possible words in place of 'tawagan'(called): 'tinawagan' or 'tumawag'. Also, based on the sentence, it makes me assume that the speaker is referring to a phone call by his use of 'tawagan'.
• Makatulog na nga. Kakainis lang. Kung ikaw siguro tawagan, kanina pa siguro kita nakausap.
--> I'll sleep now. How annoying. If only you were the one called, I would have been able to talk to you earlier. (probably has a similar meaning with the second sentence below only that the second sentence below is more correct in terms of verb tense.)
• Makatulog na nga. Kakainis lang. Kung ikaw siguro tinawagan, kanina pa siguro kita nakausap.
--> I'll sleep now. How annoying. If only you were the one who was called, I would have been able to talk to you earlier.
• Makatulog na nga. Kakainis lang. Kung ikaw siguro tumawag, kanina pa siguro kita nakausap.
--> I'll sleep now. How annoying. If only you were the one who called, I would have been able to talk to you earlier.
In my opinion, I think the third sentence makes more sense.
BTW, 'Makatulog na nga.' is used with a negative meaning. It's like you have nothing else better to do but sleep. And the word ‘cguro’ is a shortcut for ‘siguro’.
I hope that helps.
