One out of five VS One in five...What's the difference? SCRIPT #1. - One out of five page views in the US occurs on Facebook - One out of Five Americans Do Not Believe Obama Exists (from various heads of news) #2. - One in five women in Seoul have gone under the knife as South Korea tops global list of plastic surgery procedures (from a head of news) QUESTION I've always wondered how differ they are. Would you explain to me witm some examples? Thanks!

Yep there is no difference. They are just different ways of saying 1/5. Each sentence means the same thing no matter which way you say it. "One out of five page views in the US occurs on Facebook" or "One in five page views in the US occurs on Facebook" or "One fifth of page views in the US occurs on Facebook." I hope this explained it more. 좋은 하루 되세요! :)
