Yes. the two phrase have the same meaning. I think '됐거든요' is more twisted than '됐어요'. I usually use '됐거든요' in a conversation with my friend. If you want to be polite to the elder, do not use both of words.

They have the same meaning .there is abit different between them, I am used to saying 됐어요 in the public .If I am tired of Sb. or Sth. I always say 됐거든요. However 됐거든요 you can use when you talk with your close friends.
