La forma correcta de expresarlo sería: ¿Qué TAL te va?, ¿Qué TAL te va con tu novio? o ¿Cómo te va? ¿Cómo te va con tu novio? "Que lo se va" no tiene sentido en español. Espero haberte ayudado.

La frase "Como le va?" o "Como te/le va (a usted)?" quiere decir en cuales condiciones te encuentras. Alguien quiere saber si estas bien o no. "How are you?" en ingles.
