有细微的区别，打算可以是一个简短的想法。这个想法可以一闪而过。就是今天有这个想法，明天可以没有或者不去实行。计划是将自己的想法具体的实行起来。将自己的想法在纸上例出来。汉语称计划书。

计划：plan to do sth, make an arrangement for sth 打算：want to do sth, be going to do sth

打算 = intend 计划 = plan.

计划：It has been thought about . Practical action plan. 打算：It just a mind that have no specific thinking .the beginning of the plan ,no practical action plan.

1) 计划 is more official 2) normally 计划 is used for the plans who are about the future, 打算 is used for the recent plans
