First of all, just relax and don't panic. Just stay natural and answer the questions that you are being asked ;) I am sure you are passionate about helping others and want to share your knowledge with them, so you should show that you are the right candidate! With regards to not sharing the same opinion as your teacher, which I am guessing is the person who is interviewing you (?!), that should not be too big of a concern to you. After all, we would never progress if we always tried to follow the opinion of someone who is superior to us. I am not saying that you should purposely agree with your teacher when really you did not agree, but if there is a point where you disagree, it is absolutely fine to state your personal opinion as long as you can also justify yourself. It often helps to bring in new ideas, instead of just following old principles and ideas that already exist, so it should not be such a big problem to say what you feel might be suitable. However, when you realize that your teacher still insists that his/her opinion was the "only right" one and yours had no weight, then just stay cool and say that you could still give both approaches a go to see if yours would have worked. Of course you shouldn't risk anything, but what I am trying to say is that sometimes, people who have been doing things their way for so many years are reluctant to change their principles and particularly might not welcome the ideas of someone they don't know. But that's wrong, you should try to be strong and convince a person of the success your idea could bring, otherwise you would not be supporting such an idea, right?
