Do you mean, the use of these words in perfect tenses, ie. as an auxiliary verb (eg. has gone, have gone, had gone)?

Yes have and has are present, but has is used for ( he, she, it), have for: we, you, I , you, their. Had is past ex: I had a problem that means : ( io ho avuto un problema), in Italiano, in portoghese ( eu tive um problema), spagnolo : ( yo tuve un problema ), J'ai eu un problème in Francese, I hope to have helped you bye!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Hi Safaah, "Has" and "Have" are both present tense, but "has" is the form for the 3rd person singular (he, she, it) and "have" for the rest. Had is past and it's the same form for all persons. Hope my answer could help you. Best regards.
