How to introduce a Chinese person's name to English for example, my Chinese name is Qi Fei Ying. I need to write a letter. I should say "Mrss Qi Fei Ying" or "Mrss Fei Ying Qi" Which is right? Qi is family name

I will go with kevinzim , just write your name as per your normal fashion. It fits with my usual ideas of not westernizing your name. You had already gone down that path, so why not go the whole way and leave out the honorific.

Changing names like this is a minefield, so I am of the opinion that names should not be rearranged to conform to the conventions of others. Here's an example. Wu Xiaodong(吴晓东)went to study abroad. Her name thus became Xiaodong Wu. This is close to the pronunciation of "little animal"(小动物), which is quite insulting in Chinese.

If you are married you could put "Mrs Fei Ying Qi" If you are single you could put "Miss Fei Ying Qi" I say "could put" because a lot of Western women prefer not to divulge their marital status. In this case use "Ms Fei Ying Qi"
