A few of those sentences might be correct, but I'm not sure. They all sound funny to me though. I, personally, would just use the name of the actual day of the week. (Example) "We met Tuesday morning", or "I met her Tuesday morning", "I met her on Tuesday, in the morning". I hope that helps you some. I don't speak text book english. Some sentences may sound funny to me, even if they are correct. I just talk like the average english speaker, not like an english teacher.
