Do you mean alveoli ?

Initially I wanted to answer that "data" is singular (ex: "this data is useful"). But it turns out (after searching on the internet) that there are different opinions about this word.

"Data" is the plural form of "datum", though I don't think anybody really says "datum" very much. "Alveoli" is the plural of "alveolus."
