If you are in a discussion and you want to agree you can say for "I agree (with sb.).": "Ich stimme (jemandem) zu." or for "I don't agree (with sb.).": "Ich stimme (jemandem) nicht zu.".

agreed = einverstanden Ich bin mit dir einverstanden.

Ich stimme ihr zu (I agree with her) Ich stimme ihr nicht zu (I don't agree with her)
