The translation of "This is none of your business" in Spanish is "Esto no es asunto tuyo o no es de tu incumbencia" and sounds also a little rude or strong.
To excuse someone politely about don't worry or deal with an issue you can say: "No te preocupes" or "No importa, esto no es cosa tuya"

si queres que suene bien fuerte y grosero, cuando estas hablando con  otra persona y alguien se acerca a preguntar de que hablan le podes decir "no te importa" o pero aun: "que te importa?"
