have been done: happened before in the past and still happens.
being done: happening right now.
Examples:
-Jumping jacks have been done in gym class since the school was built. (Jumping jacks were done in the past and are done in the present.)
-Jumping jacks are being done in gym class at school right now. (Jumping jacks are done in school right this minute or in the current day/week/month/year.)
"have been done" and "being done" are passive phrases.

usually when I do that using past tense... while that is being done using countinous tense ...
maybe... because, I'm studying too...

I agree with the other answer. This applies to other verbs as well.
Examples:
Is spoken (has been spoken) / speak(s), speaking
Has been done / Do(es), doing
I have danced in the summer recital since I was 4 / I dance all the time / I am dancing!
