"I love you" would means "Te quiero" "I like you" would means "Me gustas" "I cherish our friendship" would means "Aprecio nuestra amistad" "Valoro nuestra amistad"

I can only tell you the common way is "Te quiero", "Te quiero mucho", "valo nuestra amistad." The native speaker probably have more ways, but these are most common, I think.
