ご察しの通り　is the polite expression of 知っていると思うけど. Its means "I think you know that but...".

"あなたのお察しの通りです" Your guess(conjecture/inference) is right. "あなたのご察しの通り、私は不合格だった。" Your guess agree with the fact that I failed exam.
