What does this text message mean? "HAWT-E. STARING @ U." In a scene of the film The Vampire Diaries, a guy called Stephan is staring a girl called Elena at a lesson. Another girl sitting at the back of the class sends this text message to Elena; "HAWT-E.STARING @ U." I can't understand what "HAWT-E" stands for.
