"How have you been (doing)" question
Is the questions and answers to them below written-down well?
And what is the difference between them
1.
-How have You been doing?
-I've actually been doing great
2.
-How have You been?
-I've been great!

No appreciable difference. But you put "actually" in the first set. I don't know if "actually" in Ukrainian works the same as in the romance languages, but in English, it does not mean "presently" or "currently", but "in point of fact". To say, "I've actually been doing great." means that either you or the listener did *not* expect you to be doing great, and contrary to expectations, you are. Possible, but a slightly strange way to start a conversation, without context.
