一点儿 Meaning is a few ! Behind it u can use uncountable nouns! S+v+一点儿+n！ex:杯子里有一点儿水！there have a few water in cup!  And when we comparison between two things,we can use : A比B+adj+一点儿！ex：我比你瘦一点儿！I am thinner then u!
有点儿 meaning is a little! The degree is not strong! Ex:我累！I'm tired!  我有点儿累！I'm a little tired!
